AmyLynn Dimaano is a Board Certified Music Therapist, California State Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor, and is currently in the advanced level of training in the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music protocol. AmyLynn has been practicing in the fields of Mental Health, Addiction, and Eating Disorders and Grief since 2008.

After receiving her undergraduate degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA in vocal performance in 1994 and Music Therapy Equivalency from California State University, Northridge in 2007, AmyLynn completed her Board Certification in 2008. In 2013 she also became a State Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Currently, AmyLynn is completing requirements to become a Fellow in the specialty of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (FAMI), a therapeutic music and imagery-based method sometimes described as Music Psychotherapy.

AmyLynn offers Music Therapy group experiences as well, including Sound Baths, Meditation and Support Groups, Drum Circles, and mixed medium recovery processes (such as Sand Tray with Music and Art with Music experiences.)

Native to Southern California, AmyLynn moved to Redlands in 2017 for a fresh start, a love of historic architecture and a place to build her private practice and ultimate dream, the H.O.P.E. Therapeutic Arts Wellness Center.
